Try to work out at least three times a week 

Date yourself. Love yourself.

Vow to be kind to those who deserve it 

Learn that being wrong is not the worst thing you can be

Learn that being ugly is not the worst thing you can be

Learn that being a failure is not the worst thing you can be

Surround yourself with good people and good food

Laugh 

Laugh loudly 

Dance to your favorite music all alone in your room 

Roll the windows down in your car and feel alive

Take risks 

Be creative

Do things that make you uncomfortable every once in a while

Accept complements gracefully 

Watch movies with your best friend on rainy days

Breath 

Do it again
